In these days of working from home, face-to-face meetings have often been replaced by Zoom meetings online, and this sometimes provides particular challenges for people with facial palsy.

The charity Changing Faces has a comprehensive series of advice sheets for people with a “visible difference” in their face (which can be palsy or weakness, but also can be scarring) who encounter challenges in some of the new ways of communicating which we have in the days of Covid-19.
