The Lindens Clinic is proud to report that for the vast majority of our patients their Facial Rehabilitation treatment has continued uninterrupted throughout the Covid-19 restrictions.
We have managed do do this thanks to modern technology: we have been seeing our patients virtually using video-call technology, mainly WhatsApp Video and FaceTime. This is working extremely well, and has been very well received by our patients who are thankful that their treatment has not been interrupted, and that they are not being exposed to any risk of contracting Covid-19 during their physio sessions.
In fact, a number of patients are so pleased with the convenience of video-consultations that they plan to continue their treatment sessions via video-calls even when the clinic reopens. We are always keen to deliver a high quality service in a manner which our patients find convenient, so we are pleased to be able to offer this service for the future.
